Well I didn't get my nap in yesterday but I wasn't overly tired either. Kaydence started feeling better by noon and was back to normal by dinner. My mom came over to help me watch her so I could take Elijah to school and go get some crackers and juice for Kaydence. I love having family close by!! I did well on my eating yesterday. I did go out to eat again for lunch, but I tried to make the right choices. I also got all my water in again!! YEAH!!! That can be hard to do. I didn't get in my exercise, but I am hoping to walk to Elijah's school again today. The sun is out and hopefully will stay out!
Breakfast-
Coffee w/ SF mocha mix
thin bagel w/ cream cheese
Lunch- (jack in the box)
2 tacos
curly fries
jalapeno poppers
16 oz water
candy
Dinner-
baked potatoes
w/ cheese, sour cream & bacon bits
24 oz water
Snack-
peanuts & cashews
nutella w/ crackers
16oz water
I am going to visit family this weekend and I think I will be bringing some snacks with me so that I can be good over the weekend. Weekend are usually the hardest part of my week. I tend to think it's a free for all! I am trying to break that thought!!
