Tuesday April 6

Well I have been up since 4:45am with maybe a 45 minute nap since then. Kaydence woke up and started throwing up. So my plan of sleeping in went out the window!! Yesterday I did fairly well with my diet, but didn't get my exercise in. I had a lot packed into my day and was too tired to go to the gym. I was going to try again today, but if I don't get a nap I might not.

Breakfast-
SF cocoa
cheese & crackers
cookie
kashi bar
24 oz water

Lunch- (jack in the box)
2 tacos
curly fries
water

Snack-
jo-jos
2 jalapeno poppers
diet soda

Dinner-
2 chicken wraps
w/ ranch, cheese, avocado, lettuce & bacon
on ww tortilla

Here is to a new day... starting with coffee!!!
