Week 3 weigh in

Ok so I lost 1lb since last week. That means I am still up 1lb. I think that it is due to my period. So we will see what happens next week. I made myself a mini goal today as I was walking... I want to loose 6lbs by my birthday, that leaves me 17 days. I believe I can do it. So I vow to you all to exercise 3-4 times a week, drink only water and Crystal Lite, NO SWEETS!!, and to stick to my diet!!! I can do this :) After I meet this goal I will give myself another small goal.

I went for a walk today!! 2 miles in 45 minutes, that is 5 minutes faster than the last time!!! Please call me, message me, or FB me to see how I am doing. I will continue to post weekly results.

Week 2 weigh in

I gained 2lbs this week. We were traveling this weekend and it was hard to be good while on the road. We will plan ahead this weekend so that we don't have a repeat!! On top of that Elijah got pink eye on Sunday and is still out of school. I am hoping that he can return tomorrow. Only 8 days left for him! He is excited, but more excited to start first grade. It will be here before he knows it. I have been doing good these last few days eating wise. I just need to make sure I get in all my water. I think that it is suppose to rain the rest of this week, so I won't be able to get a walk in. When are we suppose to have summer weather??? I am tired of this every other day crap!!! PLEASE GOD bring the sunshine!!!

Week 1 weigh in

I have lost 4lbs and 1 inch off my waist this last week :) Erik lost 3lbs and 1 inch as well. I had a better day controlling my hunger yesterday. I am not sure if it had to do with the weight loss and knowing that this is working or if I just knew it was Monday. Weekends are harder especially when you veg out at home all weekend.

I have decided not to blog everyday. I will definitely blog on weigh in days and try to do at least 2 more during the week so you know how I am doing. It is just getting really tough to remember to do this every night.
