Today I started preparing to leave on my cruise. I made a list of things I want done around the house as well as packed. I managed to get everything on my to do list done today, except the dishes, but I can do that in the morning. I went for my walk this morning and took a new way home. I think it is the same distance wise but it was nice change of view, plus I found my dream home and it's for sale!! I am not sure of the price but I am sure it is out of my range! I will have to make this my new permanent route! I started inputting all my food intake on www.livestrong.com so now I can also tell you my calorie intake.
Breakfast-
1 egg
1 slice of toast w/ butter
SF mocha w/ SF syrup
Lunch-
Grilled cheese sandwich
berries w/ splenda
3 sf chocolates
24oz water
Dinner-
ww spaghetti
w/ meatballs
24oz water
Dessert-
graham crackers w/ frosting
Exercise- 1.5 miles in 60 minutes
According to livestrong.com I took in 1992 calories and burned about 370 calories. I am not sure what got into me tonight but all I wanted to do was eat!! Just one of those days I guess!
