Thursday April 1

Wow I really feel like I fell off the wagon these last few days. I think this is why I don't keep candy in my house. But I am encouraged to start again fresh today and hope for the best!!

Breakfast-


Lunch-
ww Quesadilla
sour cream w/ salsa
water

Snack-
Candy

Dinner-
Cheeseburger on ww bun
milk

Dessert-
peanuts

No exercise again

I think I am going to start my exercises back up next week. Everything should be getting back to normal then! I weighed myself this morning and no change. I am just happy I didn't gain after the week I have had!!
