So I wasn't able to get to a computer this weekend and I decided that I wanted to post at night instead of the morning. I figured that it would help me remember what I ate that day! I got a new diet book on Friday called Belly Fat Cure. It is a lot like what I am doing now, but a little different. I am really thinking about doing this diet instead of the on I am on. I will explain what I am doing when I start. You basically count sugar and carbs. It is full of some really great recipes too. I forgot to add on Friday that I lost 2lbs last week for a total of 18!! I am excited that this is working, slowly but surely!
Breakfast-
2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese
ww english muffin
24 oz water
Lunch-
chicken strips w/ ranch
cheetos
16 oz water
Snack-
jelly beans
Dinner-
Taco salad
tortilla chips
24 oz water
2 mini candy bars
Exercise- 1.5 miles in 60 minutes
I had a lazy day today! Sometimes it is nice to have one of those! Tomorrow Elijah has a playdate so I am heading to my mom's after bible study. I will be gone most of the day, but my mom has some good food for me to eat!
