Today started off kinda rocky. My meds made me really sick and then I got a really bad sharp pain in my lower chest. Luckily it went away by noon. Also today Elijah's school had the teachers working at McDonald's for a fundraiser, so we had that for dinner. I also met up with a friend and we are starting a new workout schedule tomorrow!! I am hoping to get some good sleep tonight and hopefully feel better in the morning!

1 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich
cottage cheese
3 jalapeno poppers

Chicken nuggets

cookie
Dessert-
3 cookies

I bought some cookies at McDonald's because the proceeds went straight to the school, and as you know, cookies are my downfall. At least there is no more!! I am looking forward to starting my new workout plan in the morning!
