I was good yesterday!! I did have a few pieces of candy, but over all I did great!! I even got a walk in for exercise!! I am hoping today will be just as good. I upped my medicine last night and I feel a little nauseous this morning. That happens when I up it, and I still need to up it 2 more times before I am what I should be at. It is a long process, but at least I will be healthier in the end!

Lunch-
turkey, cheese sandwich
w/ lettuce and avocado

Dinner-
taco salad
fried chicken
24 oz lemon water
12oz water
m&m's
Snack-
potato salad
12 oz water
candy
Exercise- 1.5 mile walk in 60 minutes
Today I am hoping to go to the gym and do some machine.
