I was at my mom's last night so I didn't put in my info. So I am just going to skip it. Today was a full day. I took my mom and Riley to the airport, cleaned out my car, then took Kaydence to a birthday party. I am tired now!!!

diet soda
apple juice
Dinner-
tuna
crackers
Dessert-
ice cream
No exercise today.
I hope the weather is good tomorrow so I can walk Elijah to school. This week is going to be very busy with cleaning and packing. We leave on Friday night for our cruise!! YEAH!! I am so excited!!

I think you may have used it when I did, but for tracking you food, if you want to lose weight, it might be a good idea to put your stuff into livestrong at the end of the day, along with on the blog, so you can see if you are getting the right amount of calories.
I have a lot of friends that use livestrong and the food menu has just about everything in there. When I get bored with Weight Watchers, I will start doing livestrong (and it is on iPhone).
