Tuesday May 25

Today was a little tougher than yesterday since I was out most of the day, but I was good... no GREAT on my eating. I made myself some breakfast before Bible Study so I wouldn't be tempted and came home for lunch before I went to a friends house. AND I also brought my own snack with me!! I came home to make dinner and then went back to Michelle's house. I again was under my sugars/carbs. I think it is easier to just skip out on the carbs, the sugars are harder, they are in EVERYTHING, and when you only get 15 grams a day it makes it hard to decide what is best.

Breakfast-
1.5 packets instant oatmeal, original 0/2

Lunch-

Taco Salad

ground beef & cheese 0/0

85% dark chocolate 1/0

I also got in 9 cups of water again. But no exercise. I am already looking forward to tomorrow and what I get to eat!! Have a great night!
