Today I was busy cleaning for company and at the last minute I found out that she couldn't make it. We rescheduled for next week, but now I get to enjoy a clean house while it lasts. Although that won't be long. As I type I have spongebob paper all over the living room and bathroom! It didn't even last an hour :) I spent the evening catching up on some shows and making tutu's. I did good on my diet today! No exercise unless housework counts... which it should because I was sweating while doing it. I also got in my water, which is getting easier.

How do the calculations work again?
ReplyDeleteFor instance the WW tortilla 5/2, how do you calculate carbs to 5 and sugar to 2?
You are doing well, how are you feeling? Is this a lifestyle change or just a temporary diet?

The sugars are first then the carbs. If you look at the nutritional facts what is after the sugar is how much is in each serving so for the WW tortilla it said 3 grams of sugar per serving. I had 1.5 servings so I put that it had 5 grams of sugar. For the carbs every 20 grams equals one serving so the WW tortilla had 25 grams per serving. I had 1.5 for a total of 37 grams equally 2 servings. That makes up the 5/2. I hope that makes sense.
ReplyDeleteI am actually feeling great. I am not hungry all the time. I think of this as a lifestyle change not a diet, that is why I haven't said I am on a new diet, just a new eating plan!!
