Today I was hungry for sweets. Everything I ate just wouldn't satisfy that craving. I think I have eaten a little more than suppose to but those days will come.
Breakfast-

Lunch-
tuna sandwich- 2/1
Cheetos- 1/1
TOTAL 3/2
Snack-
2 rice cakes 0/1
cream cheese- 1/0
dark chocolate-0/0
TOTAL- 1/1
Dinner-
Spaghetti w/ meatballs
I am not sure exactly the total but I think it is around 10/3
Plus I ate some of the kids' mac n cheese
daily total- 13/6 most likely more
Hopefully tomorrow will be better!
