Today is a NEW day!!
Erik and I have officially started our new eating plan!! I will post tonight all my foods and exercises. I am really encouraged that this new eating plan will be really great for me!! I weighed in this morning and measured my waist and I have lost 4lbs since coming home from my cruise, which is a surprise to me since I haven't really been trying. I am still 2lbs from my lowest weight, but hopefully I will loose that this week :)

Good Luck! I'll be interested in seeing what you guys are eating....Still a little confused by the ratio of carbs to sugar, but I'm sure after you do it for a few days, I'll catch on.
