A new plan...

So I know that I said I was going to start posting again this week, but I haven't started my new eating plan this week as I was hoping to. I WILL be starting on Monday. So I figured I would post today with what my new plan is all about. I starting the Belly Fat Cure. I basically just keep track of sugar and carbs. I only get 15 grams of sugar and 6 servings (about 20 grams) of carbs a day!! I have been planning this out for a few weeks now and I think this should be very easy for me to follow, plus Erik will be doing it with me so that should help! So when I put what I eat down it will have a number like this 3/2, it means I had 3 sugars and 2 carbs. If you have any questions let me know and if you want to join me I would love the support!!
