Tuesday March 16

So I am very tired today! I think my workout got the best of me :) Yesterday I was really busy and ended up getting some fast food, but I made sure that it followed my new eating rules and that I didn't over eat.

Breakfast-(I was at bible study)
chips and 7 layer bean dip
little smokies
fruit mix
1/2 banana
SF Cocoa
16 oz water

Lunch-(taco bell)
3 crunchy tacos
16 oz water

Snack-
Kashi granola bar

Dinner-
pork tenderloin
cottage cheese
16 oz water

Exercise-
week 4 in training- 3miles in 35 min.

I think I did fairly well yesterday. My dr appointment went well and I will soon be back on all my meds. I still have to get my blood drawn tomorrow to test all sorts of different things even diabetes. I didn't meet my goal yesterday of getting all 64 oz of water in so I will try again today. I also need to get my house back in order so I will be doing LOTS of housework today which should help me burn some calories!!
