Monday March 15th

So yesterday was kinda hard. When telling yourself no to something that is all I want and think about. However I did well and didn't cheat!

Breakfast: 3 mini sausage patties
2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese
whole wheat english muffin w/ butter
16oz water

Lunch: Chili Dog-
whole wheat bun
chili and hot dog
banana
16oz water
2 sugar free chocolates

Dinner: Peppercorn pork
cottage cheese
milk

Dessert: apple juice

Exercise: 1.5 mile walk in 50 min

I really wanted some of the ice cream in the freezer I bought Erik, but I didn't. Today is going to be a little harder since I will be gone most of the day. I have Bible Study this morning which I will bring a Kashi bar with me as it is hard to find the right food sometimes. This afternoon I have a dr appointment, which I am really excited about. I am finally getting back on all my meds :) I haven't been on birth control since July and I haven't had a period either! (and no I am not pregnant, I have checked) My goals for today is to get in all 64oz of water!!

  1. Holly, I am so proud of you. You sound like you are doing well. I know it is discouraging sometimes (I am on my 4th week of a plateau) but just remember what you have done and all the successes you have had. Just keep swimming! =)
