ONE WEEK DOWN!!! Yesterday was fun, I went to church to work in the nursery and after I went shopping with my mom. I got the kids new Easter outfits and some Easter gifts. I was extremely tired when I got back, I am not sure why... I wasn't shopping that long. I was really grumpy too, so I think it was something hormonal. Always fun! So for dinner we just got pizza, but I only had 1 slice with a few bread sticks. Today should be interesting, since I have been up since 5am. I am not sure if I will get back to sleep, I know once I do both kids will be up!!
Breakfast-
banana
ww banana bread w/ butter
orange juice
Lunch-
turkey & cheese sandwich
mixed berries w/ splenda
chips
16oz water
Dinner-
pizza
3 small bread sticks
chocolate milk
I was hoping the chocolate milk would help with my mood. Chocolate can really help sometimes :) Also I am done 1lb this week!!! Even with my cheats and lack of exercise!!!
