So yesterday morning Erik and I got our enhanced driver's license and we were at the DMV for 2 hours, which I guess isn't too bad for a Saturday morning. I stayed in the car with the kids watching a movie for the first hour and a half. I did leave the house without having breakfast and we went to Dairy Queen for lunch. I did cheat a little, I mean how can I resist chocolate covered macadamia nuts from Hawaii??? I only had 4 through out the day and they were good!! Man I can get myself in trouble talking this way :) Being home all day vegging with my hubby can get me in trouble diet wise. So yesterday was not the greatest on my diet.

Oriental Chicken salad

No exercise today
I think I may be coming down with the same cold my kids have so I didn't do my training yesterday. I wanted to take it easy and rest so my body can fight whatever may be happening. I will start it again on Monday. I am going shopping with my Mom today so I will make sure to bring a few water bottles and maybe even a kashi bar to snack on!! I really need to think ahead!!
