Yesterday I was extremely tired. I had been up since 5am and I got no nap in. Although I did get some exercise in!! Kaydence slept much better last night and today I feel refreshed, although I do have a slight sore throat. I did pretty good with my diet yesterday too!
Breakfast-
coffee w/ milk and SF syrup
banana
Lunch-
Chili
Kashi crackers
diet soda
Snack-
mixed berries w/ splenda
Dinner-
meatball in teriyaki sauce
mashed potatoes
16 oz water
Dessert-
SF pudding pack
Banana w/ peanut butter & SF chocolate
milk
Exercise-
20 minutes/ 4 miles on stationary bike
Today I have Bible Study once again, so I will be bringing a Kashi Bar and some water just in case!! I also need to focus on getting my water in, that can be tricky sometimes :) I hope you all have a great day and if you are in the Northwest,, enjoy the sunshine!!! I think the kids and I are going to go for a walk today!!
